Spill decks are manufactured of chemical resistant
polyethylene material and are long lasting and rugged. They are ideal for use
in satellite areas for the collection of hazardous wastes and the storage of
chemicals. These spill decks are obtainable in a variety of sizes, which lets
you generate and design a containment system to meet your one-of-a-kind needs.
Because they come in sizes as small as a 1-Drum Module to as huge as an 8-Drum
Module, they can be basically arranged to make maximum use of all obtainable
storage space. oil absorbent products
These low profile systems provide flexibility and help your
facility comply with EPA 40 CFR 264.175 regulations. The systems are only
5¼" to 5¾" high and are of piece, molded construction. The
polyethylene grates have a slip resistant 'diamond plate' surface design and an
Optional Ramp is obtainable. This works with all spill decks and is made of
long lasting polyethylene construction. The ramp has a one,000 lbs. load
bearing capacity and is invaluable for simple loading and unloading
Bulkhead fittings are used to hold the spill decks together,
a feature which allows spills to flow basically to adjoining sump areas. This
increases the general spill containment capacity. These decks may even be
connected with the Spill Deck Bladder System, which also increases storage and
containment capacity.
Ultra-Filter Deck And
four Drum Spill Deck With Bladder
This spill deck is constructed of heavy duty polyethylene
and won't rust or corrode. This type of deck is effective when used beneath
dumpsters, grease collection tanks, outdoor machinery, and equipment. X-TEX
material is used under the grates to absorb wastes. This material is a high
performance oil absorbent which is effective in removing oil, grease, and other
hydrocarbons from storm water runoff. These grates are basically removed so the
used X-TEX absorbent material can be removed and replaced with new. It's been
estimated that each roll has the capability of absorbing two.5 gallons of
hydrocarbons. spill control
This low profile spill deck sits five 3/4" off the
ground, making the task of loading and unloading much simpler. The sump
capacity of this deck is 99 gallons. It is made of rugged polyethylene
construction and it won't rust or corrode. It can be connected to another deck
with bulkhead fittings thus greatly increasing its spill containment capacity.
This deck is equipped with a one-of-a-kind bladder which unrolls when there is
a huge spill. It catches the chemicals or oils and it can be readily drained
with a bladder pump.
